Original Kiwi-Yoda Art

I love the concept of children’s love for a special wise spiritual character that is also cute, especially in these times of quite violent super-hero icons.    I wanted to bring baby-yoda closer to children in New Zealand and add a kiwi flavour.

At a recent art exhibition  so many children, with eyes bright & excited,  come up to my display and pointed ” look Mummy its Yoda”.      The cards and prints are very popular with many grandmothers buying them for their grandchildren’s birthdays.

I have created 4 designs of baby yoda with a kiwi theme – from my original art.   They tell a story with iconic kiwi themes-   1) going on an adventure, arriving in NZ,  2) meeting surfing
