**“Threshold of the Silent Realms” by Pamela Harland**

My childhood vision to be able to find sweet solitude in a natural environment full of magic and wonder stays with me in adulthood. I sometimes long for the big open space and to find inner peace from the demands and chaos of life. Sometimes at points of reflection I feel my consciousness move into other worldy states. ” Mother I hear You” by Pamela Harland

In the magic of my therapy work clients often report having the feeling of a loved one close by who has passed over into the other realms. The feeling of love and support is palpable. The image of the cloak with a mother figure was inspired by idea of ancestors within your aura, a version of the Maori “whakapapa in the Korowai” feathered cloak. In the top right hand corner are the angelic helpers that guide us through life.

**“Peaceful Buddha” by Pamela Harland**

was showcased at the Great Summer Art Exhibition at Snells Beach over New Year and at the Mahurangi Art Studio Trail in Feb 2025. I feel the gentle calmness building as the Buddha’s face comes alive. Pure essence of tranquility.

**” Seeds of Life” by Pamela Harland**

I was inspired by the idea of new life emerging as we were expecting the arrival of our fourth grandchild and this abstract painting reflects this with the pods of life growing ready for birth. I love the feeling of new embryonic life seeded and growing within and without.

**“Balancing Crystals” by Pamela Harland**

is a painting inspired by the vibrational qualities of crystalline energy and their effects on the human energy field, especially the nervous system and the emotional body. The pink rose quartz emits gentle vibrations of love (higher dimension and self-love). The purple amethyst emits vibrations of spiritual upliftment, meaning, belonging. Both the gold flecked quartz & the copper flecked quartz above are from other worlds, soon to be on earth. I could see them with my intuitive perception The qualities at this time are unknown. I feel both will bring humanity more joy and clearer purpose. Together, the painting of the 4 crystals will bring an uplifting and balanced energy to your home.

“Meditative Buddha” by Pamela Harland

was inspired by my visit to Samye Ling the first Western Buddhist centre in Scotland before coming out to live in New Zealand in 2004. I spent some time enjoying the meditations and peaceful surroundings and learning how to draw Buddhist tanke art. The buddha’s face is very proportional and exact. I painted this Buddha in NZ about 4 years ago and I found the features became both male and female which denotes balance. Peace and balance which are so important in these transitional times as we find our inner calm spaces.

**“Therapy Crystals” by Pamela Harland**

This tray of crystal gemstones were always on the coffee table in my therapy room. Clients could choose the colour & qualities needed for the session to help with trauma and difficult feelings. They were like palm stones, very soothing as the client rolls them in their hands.
